As of the summer of 2022, we have partnered with Training Haus to run all of our strength and conditioning programs. We are excited to work with Training Haus through the school year as well!
The Saber Power program is open to any athlete in 6-8th grades that want to improve their overall athletic strength and sport performance. Students will learn how to train safely for athletic development with our high school strength coach. Saber Power is a mid to advanced level program that will teach and develop proper strength, power, and speed in a safe and controlled manner.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.
Due to credit card fees, there is a small online convenience charge added in to the regular price of registration. In order for the Activities Office to receive your registration, it must be fully completed, paid and submitted. At this point, no financial assistance is available for the $175 fee. However, volunteer time may be requested through our office to make up for the fee.
